Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our campervans. The main reason is that pet hair and other allergens can remain in the vehicle even after a thorough cleaning. This may cause serious discomfort or allergic reactions for future guests.

To properly remove these allergens, we would need to hire a specialized cleaning agency. However, even these services cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. For the health, comfort, and safety of all our clients, we therefore maintain a strict no-pets policy.

We calculate rentals based on calendar days. For example, a hire starting on 01.09.2025 and ending on 08.09.2025 counts as a 7-day rental.

The first day is charged at half the daily rate since pickup begins at 12:00, and the last day is also charged at half the daily rate since drop-off ends at 12:00.

This way, you only pay for the time you actually use the campervan. There are no hidden fees, your rental cost is simply the daily rate × number of days (with half-rate for the first and last day).

If you’d like to pick up earlier or drop off later, this is possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. And don’t worry, our booking system always shows the exact rental price up front, so you’ll know the total cost before confirming.

We have our mobile phone number on our website and we will answer any call immediately. Also if it is easier for you, you can email us and we will answer it right away. When we deliver the camper to you we will provide a mobile phone with a Croatian SIM card so you can call us with no roaming cost if you need any information.

Yes, more than one person can drive the camper, however, each additional driver costs 55,00 EURO.

In order to drive without any concerns, we advise that you have a valid international driving licence so you can drive freely in Croatia as well as in any of our neighbors. In any case, you can ask us to check the validity of your driving licence in Croatia. Also, we will provide the basic driving regulations in Croatia.
